PARK IT IS LISTENING

“Call Mark tomorrow

When the list becomes another distraction

Remembering a task
shouldn’t derail this one.

Notebooks, sticky notes and task apps can all hold a list. Park It gives you a way to add to yours without bringing every unfinished job back into view.

A thought, parked.

“Reply to John’s email this afternoon.” Say it while your work stays on screen. Check the saved task later, when you choose.

One next step.

A long list can feel like everything needs doing at once. Ask “What’s my next task?” to hear one suggestion, with urgent tasks prioritised.

A list that keeps up.

Plans change. Say “Move Call Mark to 19 November” or “I’ve replied to John. Mark it done.” Update the task without opening the list.

You can still open your full task list whenever you want. Park It helps you capture and organise work; you stay in control of when to switch tasks.

Less list management. More doing.

Say it. Let it land.

Try a few everyday commands below. This website demo uses sample phrases; the desktop app captures your voice.

Fits around your work

Keep your place.
Park the thought.

01

Press your shortcut

Park It runs quietly in the background. Pick a recording key that suits you, such as Ctrl + 1.

02

Say the thought

“Reply to John’s email tomorrow.” Press again to finish. Park It saves a task. Add “urgent” for priority, or ask for a reminder with a specific time.

03

Carry on from here

Stay with your current work. When you are ready to switch, ask “What’s my next task?” Hear one task aloud, then tell Park It when it is done.

This is an unsigned beta build, so Windows may display an unfamiliar-app warning. Only use a download you trust. If installation is blocked, contact us; work devices may require IT approval.

A few good questions

Less wondering.
More clarity.

How does this fit alongside a to-do list?

Park It has a task list, but you can capture, update and complete tasks while its window stays closed. Ask for your next task aloud when you are ready, instead of opening the full list every time a thought appears.

Can I change a task by speaking?

Yes. Try “Change Call Mark’s due date to 19 November” or “Make sending Sarah’s proposal urgent.” Use enough detail to identify the task; if more than one task matches, Park It should ask you to clarify. A due date is separate from a timed reminder: say “Remind me to call Mark on 19 November at 10 am” to request an alert. Check the saved result when trying a new command.

Do I have to keep the app open?

Park It needs to be running, but its main window can stay closed in the background. Use your shortcut to capture a thought. Your computer needs to be awake for reminders.

Does it listen to me all day?

Recording starts when you activate it and stops when you press again. Voice commands are sent to the service for AI processing. Your task list is saved on your computer; relevant task context is sent to interpret a command.

Do I need an AI account or API key?

No. The current beta uses your Park It invitation to activate voice. Generate your own invitation using the free trial button above.

What happens when my trial ends?

Voice access stops when your invitation access expires or is revoked. Manual task management and your saved tasks remain available. There are no payments or subscriptions in this beta.

Will it work on my Mac?

The current beta is for Windows. A macOS version is planned. There is no Mac download yet.

A clear view of your data

Your tasks. Your computer.

Your task list is stored locally on your computer, without task-file encryption or cloud sync. When you use voice, the recording and relevant task context pass through the Park It service to OpenAI for transcription and interpretation. Park It does not save recordings or task content on its server; it stores trial access and usage counts. Its AI provider processes data under its own policies. For automatic trials, Park It stores your first name, trial dates and a protected fingerprint of your email address to limit repeat trials. The automatic signup does not store the plain email address or send you emails. Email addresses are not verified; this is a limited beta rollout.

This page has no analytics or advertising scripts and the interactive task demo runs in your browser. If you email support, your name, email and message are used to handle your request; email forwarding is handled by ImprovMX. To ask about or delete trial-request information, contact info@parkitapp.co.uk. Avoid recording sensitive client information during beta testing.
